Hardscape North America 2014 grew 22 percent over the 2013 show and brought in 43 new exhibiting companies.
The show, which has co-located with GIE+EXPO, resulted in a 7 percent increase in exhibit booth sales, which makes it the largest HNA so far.
Show attendees visited HNA demonstrations, educational sessions and workshops to learn how to add hardscape construction or improve skills and profitability.
The HNA Installer Championship, which is in its second year, was deemed a success, and Integrity Landscapes of Bismarck, North Dakota took home the Best of the Best HNA Hardscape Champion Award after compete with 10 other teams.
The 7th Annual HNA Hardscape Project Awards announced 15 winners and 15 honorable mentions at an awards breakfast ceremony.
The HNA Hardscape Project Awards recognize hardscape projects by contractors building residential walkways, patios, driveways, and commercial plazas, parking lots and streets. In its seventh year, the awards program received 100 entries. Entries were judged on project intent, design, quality of construction and craftsmanship, compatibility with related construction materials and systems, construction innovation, detailing and overall design excellence.
Additionally, HNA unveiled a new show logo that it will begin using for 2015.
